We’re looking for individuals excited about what we’re doing—you don’t need prior knowledge of the HRTech ecosystem, but should be eager to learn. The objective for a Customer Support Intern is to provide excellent customer service while gaining a deep understanding of our products.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues related to Springworks products.
- Educating yourself about product features and operations processes to keep relevant stakeholders updated.
- Understanding products and services in detail to provide accurate information to customers.
- Using problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer issues.

Your Work Plan for the First Few Weeks
1st & 2nd Week
- Training on communication methods and software functionalities.
