Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety within the Lab
- Maintain lab cleanliness, perform preventative maintenance, and adhere to 5S standards
- Conduct in-person and virtual packaging testing, and document results
- Review 3rd-party test reports with high attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal customers
- Interact with non-English-speaking stakeholders using available translation tools
- Record activity and maintain data integrity in various systems and tools
- Provide packaging feedback to other Amazon teams
- Participate in packaging and robotics support projects
- Review customer feedback and provide packaging expertise to internal teams
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
