- Providing support to agencies, brokers, and vendors, including responding to queries, commission calculations & payouts, contract renewals, and agent licensing. Policy Owner Services:
- Managing change endorsements, cancellations, reconciliations, wire transfers, ACH handling, and responding to queries via calls or email regarding various transactions. Claims Management:
- Registering claims through calls or emails related to first notice of loss, workers’ compensation, death claims, medical bill review, medical coding, disability claims, surveyor document review, transcription, investigation, assignments, fraud management, legal documents, invoices, appeals, and tax compliance.
