Job Role – HR Assistant Manager.
Location of Job – Bangalore will be the job location for this hiring. It has a hybrid work style.

- Own the conceptualization, design, and implementation of Performance Management and Central Strategic HR initiatives
- Provide support to Leadership teams, HRBPs, and employees e.g information on overall performance management philosophy, process, system, and data
- Stay on top of identified initiatives and conduct regular follow-ups and review with stakeholders to ensure implementation is proceeding satisfactorily
- Stay abreast of best practices in the industry and leverage the same
- Track and Maintain Performance Management database and insights and patterns at regular intervals.
Qualification Required – The candidates must be bachelor’s degree holders.
Age – A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Meesho.
Pay Scale/CTC – The average salary of an HR Assistant Manager at Meesho is Rs 56,600 per month approximately which will be around 6.8 lakhs per year.

Experienced or Fresher – Aspirants must have a minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources.
